On May 4th, 2019, Asia Blockchain Review is partnering with BlockDevs, BitPinas, and Bitchikka to host the meetup, “Smart Contract Platforms Today: Looking beyond Ethereum” in Makati, the Philippines.

In the meetup, we will feature these keynote speakers:

Even though entrepreneurship is his forte, programming is by far his favorite activity. Currently he is involved in the blockchain community in the Philippines, aiming to grow it through organizing events and educating. He is also founder and CTO of Oost&Voort Inc, which provides blockchain and cloud software development from the Philippines.
  • Amadeo Brands is the Co-founder & CTO at EOI Digital. He co-founded EOI Digital to help companies navigate the complex digital transformation landscape. He believes in a result-driven approach, which translates into 360° digital services for the optimization and boosting of every business performance; from sales and marketing to complex digital transformation projects. Brands has experience with blockchain development, project management, and Mendix Development and is very passionate about token design patterns.

As most meetups tend to focus on the various aspects of crypto, such as economics and trading, we felt it necessary to host a friendly environment for aspiring software developers to collaborate in learning and honing their craft.

“Looking beyond Ethereum” is being held on May 4th, 2019 in Acceler8 Coworking Space, 111 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City, Metro Manila from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

The event is being sponsored by Ground X and co-organized by ABR and BlockDevs.
