MLG Capital Announces Partnership with Infinity Blockchain Ventures

MLG Capital, the wholly owned capital markets subsidiary of MLG Global, and Infinity Blockchain Ventures, a leading blockchain consulting and advisory firms based in Bangkok, have announced a partnership to collaborate on global roadshows through mutual client and investor networks. The partnership between the two firms brings together complementary networks in an attempt to provide disruptive companies with broader access to pools of capital throughout North American and Asian markets.

MLG Capital is associated with GB Capital Markets, a FINRA-registered broker dealer, to provide private placement and M&A advisory services. With headquarters in New York City and Toronto, MLG Capital focuses on bridging the global gap between blockchain companies and North American capital markets. Infinity Blockchain Ventures is a blockchain development and consulting firm that provides clients with practical blockchain solutions. Specifically, Infinity offers consulting on solution architecture, development support, incubation services and venture capital funding capabilities.
