The STO workshop will focus on structuring and launching security token offerings (“STO”) in the US for equity tokens, debt tokens, asset-based tokens, fund tokens and utility tokens at fundraising stage.

We will discuss alternative corporate and token sale structures appropriate for STO, available exemptions from registration with SEC and existing dual token sale structures.

Jasmine Ng, CEO of NEM Malaysia

Jasmine Ng is the CEO of NEM Malaysia, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of NEM io Foundation. NEM.io Foundation is an IT foundation that owns the NEM blockchain technology. She holds a double role as the Business Development Director of South East Asia. NEM is a pioneer of an open source & community based blockchain technology that is now used by enterprises, universities and governments. Jasmine is also the co-founder and advisor to EPIC Homes (a social enterprise that builds houses for the poor).

In Jasmine’s last assignment in the banking industry, she was head of Group Digital, Strategic Digital Alliances and Project Management Office for Maybank Group. Amongst her functions, she use to oversee the bank’s strategic digital alliances like AliPay and Samsung Pay, implementation of the bank’s digital projects and was instrumental in the launches of Maybank Pay, Samsung Pay and AliPay for the banking group.

Max Dilendorf, Esq. is the founding partner of Dilendorf Khurdayan.
