Background

In 2017, Anquan, which spins out cybersecurity and blockchain technologies from the National University of Singapore, sought to solve the congestion and security problems on blockchain through implementing sharding and creating Scilla, our security-first programming language. We spun out Zilliqa, a public blockchain which has achieved over 2000 transactions per second. We also have enterprise clients such as the Singapore Exchange, NASDAQ and the Monetary Authority of Singapore launching new applications with our permissioned blockchain protocol. We are launching Anquan Labs with the aim of helping clients build the next generation of decentralized applications on our public and private blockchain protocols.
