OwlTing Introduces OBS Platform to Offer Commercial Blockchain Solutions

Taiwanese blockchain company OwlTing has introduced its OwlTing Blockchain Services (OBS), consisting of OwlChain, OwlNest, and OwlCheck. OBS offers solutions for industries based on blockchain technology.

The Future of Internet is Blockchain

Established in 2010, OwlTing is recognized for its blockchain solutions across several industries, from the hotel management solutions OwlNest to the food safety platform OwlChain. OwlCheck, an anti-counterfeiting system based on blockchain, was introduced in the U.S. to track data and records of valuable products at risk of forgery or counterfeit.

According to Darren Wang, founder and CEO of OwlTing, “Blockchain is the fundamental structure in the future internet, and OwlTing is working hard to change the world in the next decade. We hope to build customized blockchain applications and services for every industry to explore the infinite possibilities of blockchain technology.”

Partnerships and Projects to Drive Blockchain Adoption

Over the past few years, OwlTing has entered into several partnerships with companies in various industries, providing solutions for businesses in the medical, logistics, and auto industries, among others. In 2018, the Taiwanese startup received an eight-figure investment from Japan’s SBI Holdings to further fund its projects.

SBI Holdings CEO Yoshitaka Kitao said, “SBI’s investment in OwlTing is an important piece of the puzzle in our global blockchain ecosystem. We believe the use of the revolutionary blockchain technology will further expand in various industries, including the tourism industry and supply chain .”

OwlTing has plans to enter into further partnerships with firms in various industries, such as inventory management, finance, intellectual property, and aviation.
