Australia: United Petrol Offers 20% Discount for Incent Payments

Incent, a Sydney-based crypto startup, has partnered with Australian petrol retailer United Petrol to allow customers to enjoy their limited-time offer of 20% cashback rewards, provided they make payments for the fuel or goods via Incent-owned cryptocurrency INCNT.

The offer is available at any of United Petroleum’s 450-plus gas stations located across the country within a certain period.

Incent Loyalty Program to Drive Businesses

“Incent was designed to give customers meaningful rewards and to enable regular businesses to compete against global giants,” CEO Rob Wilson said. “United Petrol is a great 100 percent Australian-owned business who always seems to do the best by their customers in terms of price: exactly the kind of guys we want to support.”

Users are only required to register an account with the platform and link their bank account to it.

Wilson added that what makes differences at Incent is how the program gives consumers “something of real value,” rather than points that can expire or are only redeemable under limited  conditions.

‘INCNT’ as Incentives for Consumers

Incent is a cryptocurrency provider with a mission is to “make it economic for commerce, to frictionlessly incentivise valued behaviour so that consumers can build wealth through their expenditure and attention choices.”

Founded in 2017, the company launched its Incent Loyalty program in Australia last year with the aim of rewarding users with its INCNT digital coin for online purchases.

The program claimed over 300 retailers on board at launch, including, Contiki, Dymocks, Europcar, Sephora, and even software provider ESET and tech giant Samsung, among others. The number of members has been steadily growing since then.
